40FT High cube Reefer Container
A 40FT High Cube reefer container provides additional internal height and refrigerated capacity compared with a standard-height 40FT reefer. This makes the container suitable for businesses that require substantial temperature-controlled capacity for storage or international transport.

Refrigeration unit and temperature control
A 40FT High Cube reefer container is fitted with an integrated refrigeration unit. Available units may contain systems from manufacturers such as Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin or Star Cool. The brand, model, temperature range and electrical requirements vary by unit.
The T-floor supports airflow underneath and around the cargo. Correct loading remains important because cargo placed too close to the walls, ceiling or air outlets can restrict circulation.
PTI and CSC certification
A Pre-Trip Inspection, or PTI, checks the operation of the refrigeration unit before use. CSC certification concerns the structural safety of a container intended for international transport. These checks serve different purposes.
The inspection and certification status must be confirmed for the individual container. When transport certification or a recent PTI is required, include this in your quotation request.
40FT High Cube reefers for warm climates
High ambient temperatures in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and tropical markets place greater demands on the refrigeration system, insulation and power supply. The selected unit must be suitable for the cargo, required temperature and local operating conditions.
Additional internal height increases loading capacity, but does not automatically improve cooling performance. Stable temperature control depends on the technical condition of the refrigeration unit, correct airflow, suitable power and proper loading.
